ビジュー(フランス語|仏語：bijou)とは、ベルモット・ジン (蒸留酒)|ジン・シャルトリューズで作るカクテルのことである。フランス語で「bijou」とは宝石の意味。また同じ材料で他にも「アンバー・ドリーム(Amber Dream)」「ゴールデン・グロー(Golden Grow)」などと呼ばれるカクテルもあるがどの呼び名も「宝石」を印象づける名前である。
